I first became acquainted with Bo In Modesto California Where we work together At a day Health Center for special needs adults. Bo very efficiently ran The kitchen Where Our clients received a hot nutritious lunch daily. Bo ran a tight ship And was No Nonsense when it came to her responsibilities. I still enjoy a rye bread recipe she shared with me That is absolutely delicious. Bo And Hugo Joined me for dinner at my home when I entertained other Danish guests. She especially enjoyed a traditional Danish dessert Served And speaking Danish with my other friends.

We also knew Bo through Holy Trinity Lutheran and always enjoyed being with her. Mary Ann especially enjoyed her times with her at Morning Glories monthly meetings where she was always so friendly to talk with and kind in her dealings with everyone. Jim enjoyed visiting with her and Hugo in church and once in their home, especially talking of their time in Denmark, challenges during WW II and their earlier years in the US. Always a joy to be with them.We will miss Bo dearly.PS - We are really sorry we missed the service today but we learned about it too late.
