Edna Schoch

Edna J. Schoch, 84, a resident of Cedarbrook, formerly of Slatington, passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2-18 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twsp.   She was the wife of the late Arthur Schoch, Jr. who passed away in 1995.   Born in Palmerton, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Ruth (Waylen) Furry.   Edna was employed as a sewing machine operator for the former Paris Neckware.
She is survived by sons:  Arthur Schoch, III and David Schoch both of Slatington; daughter: Kathryn and husband David Rasmussen of Missouri; 17 Grandchildren; 15 Great Grandchildren; 9 Great Great Grandchildren; Edna was predeceased by a daughter Carol Coffin, a brother Llewelyn Furry and a sister Helen Kline.
A funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. on Saturday June 9, 2018 at Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. Second Street, Slatington PA.  Calling hour will be from 10 to 11 A.M. at the funeral home.  Interment to follow at Towamensing Cemetery, Palmerton.
