Ana Rivera Rodriguez

Ana M Rivera Rodriguez, 98 of Slatington formerly of New York City and Humacao Puerto Rico passed away peacefully on Monday, August 31, 2020 at Lehigh Valley Inpatient Hospice Unit Allentown.  She was the wife of the late Juan Sanchez Rivas.  Ana was born in Humacao Puerto Rico on August 20, 1922, she was the daughter of Jose Rivera and Paublita Rodriguez.  Ana was a secretary and record keeper at a hospital in Humacao, Puerto Rico.  She later co owned with her husband a well-known general store called Rivas Hardware in the town of Cauguas, Puerto Rico.  Ana is survived by a godson Jose Rosa of Slatington
Pennsylvania.  A private burial will take place in Puerto Rico.  Arrangements are under the care of Harding Funeral Home Slatington PA.
