Audrey E. Le Van

Audrey E. Le Van, 70, of Slatington, passed away Thursday, December 7, 2023, in her home.   She was the wife of Gary R. Le Van, whom she married on June 25, 1977.    Born in Allentown on July 29, 1953, she was the daughter of the late William E. and Ethel (Martin) Bowlby.    Audrey worked as a billing clerk for the former Lehigh Valley / ASH Hospital.  Prior to that, she was a medical secretary for Dr. Gaylord Ojers.   A dedicated member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, in Allentown, Audrey served as an usher, and head of both the altar guild and hospitality.   

In addition to her husband Gary, she will be lovingly remembered by a son: Daniel Le Van of New Tripoli; daughter: Audra and husband Matthew Churetta of Bethlehem; grandchildren: Robert, William, Oliver, Rowan.   She was predeceased by a grandchild, Amelia and her twin sister, Cynthia Bowlby.

Private family services will be held.    Arrangements are being handled by Harding Funeral Home, Slatington.
