Barbara Kleintop

Barbara J. Kleintop, 83 of Walnutport passed away Monday February 22, 2016 at Sacred Heart Assisted Living, Northampton. She was the husband of Dale L. Kleintop; they celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary last April. Born in Kresgeville, she was the daughter of the late Delbert and Pauline (Kreger) Frable. Barbara worked for various garment factories throughout the area. Prior to that, she worked as an orthodontic assistant. She was a member of St. Paul’s UCC, Indianland and was active in several church groups. She was also a member of the Lehigh Township Lioness Club.
Survivors: Husband, Sons; Curtis D. Kleintop and wife Donna of Slatington, Wayne Kleintop and wife Wendy of Walnutport, David D. Kleintop and wife Linda of Peach Bottom. Grandchildren; Eric, Ryan, Austin, Deidra. Great Grandchildren; Jaxon, Chace. Sister; Jean Merwine of Effort.
Services: 11am Monday February 29, 2016 St. Paul’s UCC, 787 Almond Rd, Cherryville. Calling hour 10-11am at the church. Arrangements are being handled by Harding Funeral Home, Inc. Slatington.
