Betty Moyer

Betty J. Moyer, 90, formerly of Slatington, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2014 at Fellowship Manor, Whitehall. She was the wife of the late Homer L. Moyer, who died in 2011. Born in Walnutport, she was the daughter of the late Edwin and Violet G. (Bartholomew) Gable. Betty worked for General Electric and Black & Decker for many years prior to retiring. She was a member of St. John’s UCC, Slatington.
Survivors: Son, Gary L. Moyer and wife Monica of Phoenixville, daughters, Deborah Ann Moyer of Plantation, FL., Rebecca C. and husband Russell A. Valentini. of Slatington, grandchildren, Josh, Samantha, and Nicholas.
Services: 2:30pm Friday November 14, 2014 Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. Second St, Slatington PA. Calling period 1:30-2:30pm .
