Betty Trainer

Betty E. Trainer, 85 of Slatington passed away peacefully Wednesday May 14, 2014. She was the wife of the late Donald E. Trainer. Born in Weissport, she was the daughter of the late James and Louella Kunkle. Betty taught at the Lehighton Jr High School as school librarian. Following her retirement, she enjoyed traveling to St. Augustine, FL during the winter months. Betty was an avid Penn State and Phillies fan. Survivors: Survivors: Sons; Michael Trainer and wife Angela of Andreas, Steven Trainer and wife Diane of Palmerton. Daughter; Susan Trainer and husband James Farr of Lehighton. Grandchildren; Jason, Stephanie, Canyon, Connor, and Caitlin. Great Grandchildren; Emily, Hannah, Kylie, and Jaren. Sister; Bernadine Caldwell of Carlisle. 3 Nieces, 5 Nephews.
