Catherine Green

Catherine C. Green, 85 of Walnutport died Friday April 10, 2015 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg Campus. She was the wife of the late Norman D. Green, Sr. who died in 2004. Born in Walnutport, she was the daughter of the John and Bertha (Fabian) Uhnak. Catherine worked as a sewing machine operator for numerous former local factories. She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, and the Blue Ridge Rod & Gun Club.
Survivors: Son; Norman D. Green, Jr. and fiancé Ellen Kaplan of Kunkletown. Grandson; Michael Green and wife Lisa of Bath. Great Granddaughter Jenniann. Brother; Vince Uhnak of Walnutport. Sister; Rose Shotz of Cemeton. Nephew; Terry Uhnak of Walnutport.
Services: Mass of Christian Burial 11am Wednesday April 15, 2015 St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 1152 Oak Rd, Walnutport. Calling hour 10-11am at the church. Interment to follow at the Parish Cemetery. Arrangements Harding Funeral Home, Slatington.
