Christopher Danner

Christopher J. Danner, 30, of Walnutport, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown.   Born in Lancaster, on November 18, 1988, he was the son of Melissa L. (Johnson) Lauer of Walnutport and Christopher C. Danner of Upper Darby.    Chris was a graduate of Northern Lehigh Class of 2008.   Active and out-going, Chris enjoyed numerous sports including skateboarding, basketball, spike ball, snowboarding and Philadelphia Flyers hockey.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by sisters: Brittany Johnson, Amanda and Emily Danner; Maternal Grandmother: Geneva Novlit; Paternal Grandmother: Darlene Schnickel.
A funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. Second St, Slatington.  A calling hour will be held prior from 11 A.M. to 12 noon.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
