Frederick Gower

Frederick H. Gower 85 of Walnutport died Thursday December 26, 2013 in Lehigh Valley Hospital. He was the husband of Jeanette M. (Niess); they celebrated their 63 wedding anniversary last April. He was the son of the late Frederick, Sr. and Ida (Beers) Gower. Fred served in the US Marines. He worked as a clerk for Pathmark in Walnutport for the past 15 years, Prior to that, he was a self employed truck driver, and a school bus driver.

Survivors: Wife, Son; Timothy F. Gower and wife Ruth of Raleigh, NC. Daughter; Tami J. and husband Jeff Bromley of Alburtis. 4 Grandchildren. Sisters; Pauline Snyder, Verna Mack, and Betty DiGiacinto
