Ida Kistler

Ida R. Kistler, 89 formerly of Germansville died Saturday February 8, 2014 in Mahoning Valley Nursing & Rehab, Lehighton. She was the wife of the late Ray Kistler, who died in 1998. Born in Slatington, she was the daughter of the late Oliver and Annie (Reninger) German.

Survivors: Sons; George Kistler and wife Lucille of Slatedale, Terry Kistler and wife Karen of Palmerton, Barry Kistler of Slatington. Daughter; Dianne and husband Keith Rice of Germansville. 12Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren, 3 Great Great Grandchild. Sister; Agnes Gellis of Ironton Nieces & Nephews. Ida was pre-deceased by children Norman, Nelson, and Nancy and siblings Wilson, Richard, and Helen.

Services: 11AM Wednesday February 12, 2014 Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. Second St, Slatington. Calling hour 10-11AM at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Heidelberg Union Cemetery, Slatington.
