Jacqueline K. Leskowich

Jacqueline K. Leskowich, 83, formerly of Slatington, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2022.  She was the wife of the late Roger Leskowich, who passed away in 2008.   Born in Slatington on October 4, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and LaRue (Wanamaker) Gruber.   Jacqueline worked as a teller for the former Slatington National Bank in Slatington, retiring in 1991.  She was a member of Assumption BVM Catholic Church, Slatington, where she was a member of the Altar & Rosary Society.

Jacqueline will be lovingly remembered by sons: Brian R. Leskowich and wife Lisa of Walnutport, Scott R. Leskowich and wife Kimberly of Walnutport, Eric R. Leskowich and wife Colleen of Atglen, PA; grandchildren: Joseph, Amber, Kirsten.   She was pre-deceased by siblings, Raymond and Darryl Gruber, and Sheila Handwerk.

A memorial mass will be celebrated at 10AM on Monday, November 14, 2022, at Assumption BVM Church, 649 W. Washington Street, Slatington.   No calling hours.  Interment to follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Palmerton.   In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name are suggested to the church memorial fund.  Arrangements are in the care of Harding Funeral Home, Slatington.
