Jill J. Kratzer

Jill J. Kratzer, 69, of Walnutport, passed away Sunday April 19, 2026, in her home. She was the widow of Edward S. Kratzer, who died in 2001. Born in Auburn, NY on March 18, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Phyllis (Kussie) Harper and George W. Harper, and a stepdaughter of Erika (Weith) Harper of Emmaus. Jill was currently employed by Livengood Excavators, Walnutport, and previously worked at Monarch Precast for forty years. She was Episcopalian. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, friend and co-worker. We should all remember her helping hands, large personality, summer pool days and family gatherings with fond memories.

Jill is survived by her stepmother Erika, sisters, Pamela, wife of Bernard Kametz of Corolla, NC, Bonnie Kim Lins of Canon City, CO, Sonia, wife of Lance Bornmann of Spotsylvania, VA, Robin, wife of Barry Blackman of Emmaus, and Michele, wife of Donald Boehm of Macungie, as well as nieces & nephews. She was pre-deceased by her husband, sister, Lisa A., wife of Donald Muthard of Barto, and her parents.

Private family services will be held. Contributions in Jill’s name can be made to either Northern Lehigh Food Bank, or St. Luke’s Hospice, both c/o the funeral home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Harding Funeral Home, Slatington.
