Joseph Wolf

Joseph C. Wolf, 89 of Walnutport died Thursday April 28, 2016 in his home. He was the husband of Betty M. (Williams) Wolf; they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary last October. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Joseph and Mary (Vincent) Wolf. Joseph worked as a layout operator for Western Electric. He served his country honorably in the US Navy during WWII. He was a member of Bethany Wesleyan Church, Cherryville. Joseph was also a member of the Lehigh Township American Legion, and Lions Club, as well as the Lehigh Township Fire Co., and the Blue Mountain Fish and Game club.
Survivors: Wife, Step Son; Terry Schleicher and wife Donna Grandchildren; Steven and wife Jodi, & Vickie. Great Grandchildren; Brittani, Corttani, & Katie.
Services: 11am Tuesday May 3, 2016 Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. Second Street, Slatington. Calling hour 10-11AM at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Slatedale Cemetery.
