Josephine Karpinski

Josephine S. Karpinski, 91, of Walnutport, formerly of Woodbridge, NJ, passed away March 6, 2014 at the Inpatient Hospice Unit, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Thomas Karpinski. Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Jan and Julia (Kraal) Stopka. Josephine worked at Purolator of Rahway, NJ for many years prior to retiring. She was a member of Assumption BVM, where she was active with the Altar & Rosary Society, and served as past president.

Survivors: Brother; John Stopka and wife Stephanie. Nieces & Nephews.

Services: Mass of Christian Burial 11Am Wednesday March 12, 2014 Assumption BVM Church, 649 W. Washington Street, Slatington. Calling hour 10-11AM at the church. Interment will be private in Woodbridge, NJ. Arrangements are being handled by Harding Funeral Home, Slatington
