June Kuntz

June K. Kuntz, 94 of Slatington died Saturday May 20, 2017 in her home surrounded by three daughters and granddaughter. She was the wife of the late Kermit B. Kuntz, who died in 2008. She was the daughter of the late Russell and Kathryn (Koehler) Shuey. Prior to becoming a full time homemaker, June worked briefly for Paris Accessories. June was a loving, generous mother who loved all her children and grandchildren.
Survivors: Sons, Kenneth & wife Raylene, Rodney & wife Dolly, Gary & wife Dorothy, Arthur & wife Lisa, daughters, Carolyn Mann, Kathleen Heil, and Lisa Hydro, 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Sisters; Pearl Brown and Deanna Steigerwralt. Brother; Edwin Shuey. She was pre-deceased by siblings; Anna Wigner, Robert Shuey, Russell Shuey, Jr., Hilda Pysher, Marian Van Buskirk, and William Shuey.
Services: 11am Friday May 26, 2017 Good Shepherd UCC, 3940 Mountain Rd, Slatington. Calling hour 10-11 at church. Interment to follow at Indianland Cemetery, Cherryville.
Arrangements are being handled by Harding Funeral Home, Slatington.
