Larry Snyder

Larry Snyder, 81, of Slatedale, passed away peacefully Thursday, May 11, 2023, in his home.    He was the husband of Alice M. (Kezenaitis) Snyder, whom he married May 8, 1965.   Born in Palmerton, PA on May 9, 1942, he was the son of the late Clifford and Bessie (Silliman) Snyder.   Larry worked for the former Lehigh Valley Dairy for many years before retiring.   He enjoyed camping at Rosemont campground, and was an avid Eagles and Phillies fan.
In addition to his loving wife Alice, he is survived by his four loving and adoring daughters: Cathy M. Snyder (Jeff Mann) of Lehighton, Cherie A. and husband Chris Heffelfinger of Walnutport, Carolyn M. and husband Bob Long of Schnecksville, Christine L. and husband Michael Loncar of Lehighton; 10 grandchildren; 5 grandchildren with #6 on the way; sister: Linda and husband Richard Schock of Slatington.   He was predeceased by a brother, Ronald Snyder.
Private family services will be held.    Arrangements are under the care of Harding Funeral Home, Slatington.  In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the charity of one’s choice.
