Larry H. Hillborn, Sr.

Larry H. Hillborn, Sr., 85, formerly of Walnutport, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at the Phoebe Home, Allentown. He was the husband of the late Shirley A. (Mack) Hillborn, who passed away in 2012. Born in Allentown on October 10, 1939, he was the son of the late Frederick and Margaret (Frederick) Hillborn. Larry retired from US Food Service, where he worked many years as a janitor. Prior to that, he worked for several companies including Cross Country Clothes, Abbotts Dairy, Butztown Dairy and Freihoffers in Allentown.

He will be lovingly remembered by a son: Larry H. Hillborn, Jr. and wife Amy of Berlinsville; daughter: Rhonda and husband Dave Hoffer of Walnutport; grandchildren: Lee Hillborn, Sydney Lewert, Marissa Wagner, Bradley Wagner; great-grandchildren: Caden, Katarina, Zayn. He was pre-deceased by a brother, Frederick Hillborn, Jr.

Services will be private, at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care of Harding Funeral Home, Slatington. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Larry’s memory can be made to Forgotten Felines & Fidos, 6022 Mountain Rd, Germansville PA 18053.
