Linda Hoppes

Linda E. Hoppes, 71, of Slatington, passed away Monday, May 4, 2020 at home. She was the wife of Floyd Hoppes, Jr., whom she married April 8, 1972.  Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Florence E. (Daniels) and Walter W. Mack, Sr. She was a loving wife, mother and nana. Her children and grandchildren were the light of her life.

Survivors: Husband, Children - Brian Hoppes and wife Chris, Blaine Hoppes and wife Ramona, Dean Hoppes and wife Lindsay, all of Slatington. Grandchildren – Tyler and Shane Hoppes, Austin and Hunter Hoppes, Nathan and Miranda Horn, Katelyn and Breanna Hoppes. Brother – Walter W. Mack, Jr. and wife Marie of Palmerton, Sisters - Carol and husband Clayton Smith of Kempton, Joyce and husband Vincent Roman of Kempton, Mary and husband Dwight Jones of Bangor. She was pre-deceased by siblings, Robert Mack, Shirley Hillborn and Marion McClafferty.

Private services will be held.  Arrangements are under the care of Harding Funeral Home, Slatington.   A memorial tribute video will be uploaded to www.hardingfuneralhomeinc.com upon completion.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Linda’s name can be made to the American Heart Association, 968 Postal Rd, #110, Allentown PA 18109
