Martin Roth

Martin L. Roth, 86, formerly of Walnutport died Thursday December 4, 2014 in Brandywine Hall, West Chester, Pa. He was the husband of the late Geraldine (House) Roth, who died in 2003. Martin served in the US Air Force, stationed in North Africa during the Korean War. He worked as a tractor repairman for Kermit Kistler for many years. Prior to that, he worked in the maintenance department for the former NJ Zinc Co. of Palmerton. Martin was a member of the Diamond Fire Co., and the VFW both in Walnutport, and also the American Legion Post 16 in Slatington.
Survivors: Sons; Michael R. Roth and wife Brenda of Somerset, NJ, Steve R. Roth and wife Claire of Glenmoore. Grandson; Matthew.
Services: 11am Saturday December 6, 2014 Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. Second St, Slatington PA. Calling hour 10-11am. Interment will be private.
