Rita Fritz

Rita L. Fritz Rita L. Fritz, 41, of Allentown, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, August 13, 2020 at St. Luke’s Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown. Born in Allentown on September 30, 1978, she was the daughter of Heriberto and the late Sharon Fritz of Allentown. Rita worked as a CNA throughout the Lehigh Valley. She was a member of New Bethany E.C. Church, Allentown.

In addition to her father Heriberto and step mother Nilda Santiago, Rita is survived by sons: Jerry Ortiz, Jr., Joshua Ortiz, and Jeovani Ortiz, and their father Jerry Ortiz, Sr., of all Allentown; brothers: Heriberto Santiago, Jr., Alex Santiago, Etan Krug, Juan A. Santiago, Bryant Rivera; sisters: Sara M. Santiago, Jackie Santiago, Juana Santiago, Jessica Bradley, Joanna Gomez, Felicia Aponte, Naitana Santiago, Kimberly Santiago. She was pre-deceased by Heriberto Santiago.

Family and friends may pay their respects from 11-11:45AM Friday, August 21, 2020 at Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. Second St, Slatington. A graveside service will follow at 12noon at Union Cemetery, PA Rte 873 Slatington.
