Robert P. Jones

Robert P. “Bobby” Jones, 71, of Slatington, passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026, in his residence. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Arthur S. and Isabel (Walck) Jones.

Robert had an appreciation for music and enjoyed collecting vintage records over the years. His memory will remain with those who knew and loved him.

Robert will be lovingly remembered by his brothers Allen Jones and wife Carol, Barry Jones; and sisters, Judith Jones, Barbara, wife of Douglas Mohrey, and Susan Druckenmiller and companion Rick Lewis.  He was pre-deceased by his brother, Ronald Jones.

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. 2nd St., Slatington, PA 18080. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at the funeral home from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow services at Fairview Cemetery in Slatington.
