Robert Steets

Robert W. “Bob” Steets, 64 of Lehighton formerly of Slatington passed away Monday March 19, 2018 in his residence.  He was the husband of Linda A. (Pannulla) Steets; they celebrated their 43rd wedding anniversary last September.   Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Paul P. and Virginia (Keith) Steets.    Bob worked most recently as inventory manager for Celebration Fireworks.  Prior to that, he worked as a supervisor for Paris Accessories.   Bob was an active member of Assumption BVM Catholic Church, Slatington where he served as past president of the Holy Name Society.  Bob also served on Slatington Borough Council.
He is survived by his wife; Daughters: Linda Crisanti & Kristina Steets both of Lehighton; Grandchildren: Ariel Frey & Salvatore Crisanti;  Brother: Paul Steets of New Jersey; Sister: Gerry Maisey of Lancaster.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 A.M. on Monday March 26, 2018 at Assumption B.V.M. Catholic Church, 649 W. Washington St, Slatington.   Calling hour 9:30 to 11 A.M. at the church.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
