Terry Minnich

Terry L. Minnich, 68 of Lehighton died unexpectedly Sunday January 10, 2016. He was the husband of Nancy L. (Schoenberger) Minnich; they celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary on December 31. Born in Northampton, he was the son of the late James C. and Elda M. (Markell) Minnich. Terry served his country honorably in US Navy during the Vietnam era. Terry was the owner of operator of Terry Minnich Builders. He also did contracting for Future Homes of Lehighton. An avid golfer, he was a member of the poor man’s golf association.

Survivors: Wife, Daughters; Michele Minnich and companion Thomas Phillips, Melanie Santee all of Walnutport. Grandchildren; Megan, Thomas, and Melissa. Great Grandson; Garrett. Sisters; Penny and husband Paul Moyer of DE, Linda Cerrone, and Tammy Shipwash both of Walnutport. Nancy and husband John Manubay of Reading.

Services: 11am Thursday January 14, 2016 Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. Second Street, Slatington. Calling hour 10-11am at the funeral home. Interment with military honors to follow at Union Cemetery, Slatington.
