Thelma Cressman

Thelma M. Cressman, 98, formerly of Emerald, passed away Monday, July 9, 2018 at Country Meadows, Bethlehem.  She was the wife of the late Robert Cressman.   Born in Emerald, she was the daughter of the late John and Daisy (Dilliard) Peters.  Thelma worked as the former postmaster in Emerald.  She then worked and retired from Paris Neckware, Walnutport.
She is survived by a son: Rodney Cressman and wife Linda of Emerald; daughters: Wanda and husband Barry Friebolin of Emerald, Cherie and husband Ronald Rivera of Allentown; Grandchildren: Josh & Seth Friebolin, Seana Butz, Samuel & Peter Rivera; great-Grandchildren: Hugh, Rhett, Sloan Friebolin, Morgan Butz.  Thelma was preceded in death by a brother Hubert Peters, a sister Bernice Roth, and a great-grandson Ehren Friebolin.
A public graveside service will be held at 10 A.M. on Wednesday July 18, 2018 at the Union Cemetery, PA Rte 873, Slatington.  No calling hours.  Arrangements are being handled by Harding Funeral Home, Slatington.
