Yvonne C. Patterson

Yvonne C. Matisinez Patterson, 61, of Northampton, passed away Sunday, March 12, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg.  She was the wife of Calvin L. Patterson, whom she married August 8, 1997.   Born in Allentown on June 12, 1961, she was the daughter of the late Francis & Martha (Weber) Matisinez.   Yvonne worked as a nurse’s aid for Gracedale for many years.   Prior to, she worked for the former Laneco.   Yvonne was a member of Assumption BVM Catholic Church, Slatington.
In addition to her husband Calvin, she will be lovingly remembered by a brother, Francis Matisinez and wife Carol; sisters: Regina and husband Jeff Soldridge, Ann and husband George Lett, all of Slatington; nephew: Jeffrey Soldridge and wife Amanda, and their children, Braxton & Adaline.  She was predeceased by a sister, Mary Matisinez, niece, Lisa Harris Krum, and nephew, Christopher Matisinez.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11AM on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Assumption BVM Catholic Church, 649 W. Washington Street, Slatington.   Family and friends may pay their respects from 10 to 11AM at church.   Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Allentown.   In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, 30 S. 17th St, # 800, Philadelphia PA 19103.  Arrangements are under the care of Harding Funeral Home, Slatington.
